If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Custom Plush Projects
Custom plush commissions and pricing are determined through individual consultations only. We do not provide price quotes outside of a formal consultation. To begin your project, please contact NataCreate via email or Discord. During the consultation, we will work with you to plan the production details and provide an estimated cost. We strive to stay within your budget, but unforeseen challenges or setbacks during production may require adjustments to the price, which will only be made with your approval. Please note that plush-making is an art, and unexpected issues may arise that require additional time and resources to resolve.

Payment & Turnaround
We do not accept payment plans. The full commission amount must be ready when production is scheduled to begin. We will send frequent progress photos of your custom plush throughout the production process. If you request changes mid-project, we will do our best to accommodate, but additional labor may be required to complete these changes. In such cases, production will pause, and you will be billed accordingly. CreativeHands accepts PayPal only. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Refunds are generally not possible, but if you’re dissatisfied with your plush upon receipt, please contact us via direct message to discuss your concerns. We’re here to help! Customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth recommendations are essential to our success, and we want to ensure you’re completely happy with your plush order.

Discretion & Confidentiality
We prioritize the safety of our clients and maintain a professional and respectful relationship throughout the process. We do not judge based on personal preferences, so feel free to make special or unique requests for your plush. We will never share your personal information or the specific details of your commission. CreativeHands ships all plushes in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes with no indication of package contents. For international orders, the contents will be labeled as “polyester fabric” or “novelty plush.” Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding shipping to your country or region.

Gallery Photos
Our work is often featured on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer not to have photos of your plush posted in CreativeHands online galleries or folders, please let us know. We understand that discretion and respect for personal boundaries are important in our line of work. Plushies are often special, intimate companions, and each character is a unique piece of art. We respect that some commissions may be of a sensitive or private nature.
