No! Buyers interested in a custom plush may opt for a free consultation. However, we encourage you to come with a clear idea of what you’re looking for. We want you to feel comfortable and not pressured, as this will mark the start of your unique plush project. The consultation covers an in-depth discussion of your project, a price breakdown, revisions, and the communication process, which may involve numerous emails back and forth.

Unfortunately, no. All payments must be completed online before we ship your package.

We do not offer payment installments. The full amount for your commission should be saved in advance. For custom orders, we will provide a quote during your consultation. Please note that the price may change if additional requests are made.

We cannot create plushies that express unethical practices, themes of hatred, violence, gore, substance abuse, or anything that sexualizes underage characters. These guidelines are non-negotiable. However, aside from those limits, we can create nearly anything you can imagine, as long as it’s feasible to translate your concept into a physical plush.

For a custom project, we may need to see intimate details of a character to ensure accuracy. While explicit art references are acceptable, we do not accept extreme content such as bodily fluids or sexual acts. Only artistic renderings are permitted—no photos. If your reference includes explicit content, please let us know in advance so we can review it appropriately.

We’re a small, independent business—while we’re not huge, every plush we make is crafted with heart, not machines. We may not have a big factory or large team, but we make up for it with skilled hands, years of experience, and a whole lot of love.

Custom plushies take time to make, usually 1 to 3 months, depending on the design. If your plush is already in stock at our main location in Ukraine, it usually arrives within 15 to 30 business days. That said, a few past customers have experienced delays, especially with customs—sometimes up to a month or more.
